I am closing on a house in the area and I live across the country in way, way upstate NY. My Real Estate Agent strongly recommended Mr. Schenk. I was not disappointed. The charge for the inspection was very reasonable. Scheduling was easy and he called me from Washington and spoke with at length about the property after he had completed the inspection. He forwarded onto me the next day (unheard of in NY state) a thorough written document with pictures and diagrams. I am buying this house without ever having walked through it and I am comfortable with my experience with the Realtor and Mr. Schenk. He and his wife run an efficient business.

Had Jeff do our home inspection today on a property we bought sight unseen from another state. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the home's condition to us. Even walked through on FaceTime with us. I would highly recommend Jeff and this company for our future needs in that area.
